After a seven-day jury trial before judge Anita Harold Ashley, a Calhoun County petit jury found Jamie Lee Miller and Evan Lee Hersman guilty of Armed Robbery in the First Degree, a felony, and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery in the First Degree, a felony.
The jury also found Heather Nichole Davis guilty of Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery in the First Degree, a felony.
The three had been charged with Murder in the Commission of a Felony, among other charges, related to the death of Eugene Stevens on Dec. 5, 2017.
Prosecutor Shannon Johnson said that Miller and Hersman face a minimum of 10 years in the state penitentiary, and Davis faces a possible sentence of one to five years.
