Students at Arnoldsburg Elementary are helping to raise money for the PTO. Candidates for King and Queen of the 51st annual West Virginia Molasses Festival are earning votes a penny at a time. The event raises between $8,000 and $15,000 each year to benefit the PTO, and in turn, the school’s students.
